Hi! My name is Nicol. I am a certified functional calisthenics trainer with a health-focused approach, and I have been dedicated to movement since 2010. Professionally, I am a nuclear physicist, and at heart, a lover of building strength through bodyweight training. I help people develop a functional, strong, and healthy body without unnecessary extremes. In addition, I practice the martial art Wing Tsun and occasionally test my mental and physical endurance in OCR races.

I ran my first obstacle race in 2021 at Lipno - Spartan Super. Since then, I have started getting involved in it and see it as a test of my training. That feeling when you work hard on yourself and then get to test your skills in a real race and bring home that medal is simply amazing! Since then, I have completed several Spartans, gladiator races, but also Urban Challenge and Excalibur Race.
I started at the gym, but gradually lost interest, and my progress stalled. With the closure of gyms during the pandemic, I was looking for an alternative solution, and it completely absorbed me. No gym memberships, fresh air, and no equipment! I will teach you how to control your own body in a natural and harmonious way.
